For the fifth straight year, Jordan Brand will outfit the stars of the league at the 2022 NBA All-Star Game. Deeply connected to grassroots basketball communities, Jordan Brand has designed uniforms that connect the hallmarks of the city of Cleveland to the cultures around the world.
All-Star Games Uniforms
The uniform typography is inspired by the architecture of the city’s bridges and pays homage to classic All-Star uniforms of the late ’80s and early ’90s. Colors are drawn from silver sheen and prismatic of a diamond against the blue and red of the NBA logo to celebrate the league’s 75th anniversary season. Blue also evokes the prominence of Lake Erie, and red is a variation of Cleveland’s fiery strength and resilience.

Rising star uniforms
Designed by Nike, the Clorox Rising Stars uniforms follow a similar city-inspired direction. They feature unique colors inspired by the refraction of a diamond now presented in four colorways to reflect the event’s updated four-team format.
Celebrity Games Uniforms
Converse uniforms for the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game Ruffles are rooted in the brand’s efforts to provide greater access to young creatives. Created by designers – some as young as 13 – from local Converse partners based in Boston and Los Angeles, the uniforms draw inspiration from stylistic cultural differences between East and West. The Eastern uniforms nod to the resilience of the region’s towns and local street art. Western uniforms incorporate 1990s pop culture, including popular movies, television, and music from that era.
The knit material is new to the NIKE NBA All-Star uniforms. The new yarn combinations use proven moisture management yarns, along with a new Trilobal “Iridescent Shine” yarn that creates a color changing effect depending on how the light hits the uniform. Zoned performance Dri-FIT ADV material allows for greater breathability for the athlete in high perspiration areas.
