How does your work at 125 Live impact your daily clothing choices?

Working at 125 Live I often get requests from members so I try to give people what they want! On weekends, my outfit is very different. I could wear a casual outfit like blue jeans or go straight with a suit and tie, depending on the event.

An ideal pair of shoes?

I have a lot of favorites, but if I had to pick just one it would be my orange Nike.

And how many pairs do you have?

At least 25!

Best buy you’ve ever made?

A Michael Jordan sports outfit and the shoes and socks to go with it. I spent a pretty penny on it.

The most sentimental item you own?

My fur coat – I get a lot of compliments about it.

Which item is worth spending more on?

In my opinion, the Jordans are still worth the effort.

What’s the last outfit you saw wearing that got you doing a double take?

I have a stylish friend who wears tailor-made suits with shoes that are always waxed. Looking this impressive will always get a double take from me.

How does hair play a role in your style?

As far as my hair goes, I have dreads so they will stay standing for a month or two and as long as they are neatly styled.

Best compliment you’ve ever received?

Things that you just can’t seem to get rid of?

I really love all of my clothes until they get worn out. If I have any torn and ragged items they go in the trash or some shelters that can still use them.

You can only keep a handful of clothes, what do you choose?

My fur coat, my Jordan jacket, my Buckle jeans and my Gucci underwear.

What items do you think every well-dressed man should have in his wardrobe?

A pair of alligator shoes, a fur coat, a trench coat, a pair of suspenders, a bow tie and an expensive suit.

How do you gain confidence in style?

I think it starts with the colors. Going for bright hues attracts the attention of others and brightens them up. It’s like a little sun on a dreary winter day. Seeing this reaction inspires confidence.
