As ski resorts begin to open in a month, DC Shoes has unveiled its brand new Snowboarding collection in collaboration with star wars. The complete collection revolves around two of the most formidable characters in the universe – Darth Vader and Boba Fett. Items in both capsules contain all the essentials needed for a trip to the slopes, including insulated snowboard jackets, snow overalls, BOA snowboard boots, beanies, snow mitts, versatile Snowstar hoodies and special edition snowboards.
The Boba Fett collection arrives in a collage print of the bounty hunter’s famous Mandalorian armor with jackets mimicking his cadet jacket, elastic hoods designed to tuck under the helmet, and snowboards found in a camber profile with a graphic of Boba Fett in the desert on the back.
The Darth Vader capsule echoes the villain’s appearance, arriving mostly in black hues with yellow accents of the Star Wars logo. The popular weatherproof Docile Snow Bib Pants from DC Shoes features Star Wars text in English and Japanese printed on the yellow suspenders with small snowflake detailing of spaceships, AT Walkers and other designs spread throughout on the star-spotted silhouette. Other pieces in the series arrive in a similar design with the boots featuring additional “IV, V, VI” text on the toe referencing the episode numbers. Rounding out the collection, the Dark Side Ply Snowboard celebrates fan-favorite Dark Side characters.
