Serena Williams will hit the court in style on Monday – because the tennis legend had a custom outfit and diamond-encrusted shoes for his last US Open.
Serena – who announced she was ‘stepping away’ from tennis after the Grand Slam event – crafted a figure skater style “worthy of her last hoorah on the court”.

Serena Williams retires from tennis after US Open
When Williams takes to the court in Queens, she’ll be wearing a six-layer skirt…paying homage to the number of US Open championships she’s won.
Serena, 40, will also wear a matching jacket and tote to go with the dress and shoes.. compliments of the Swoosh.
The best part is the shoe that Williams – who has won 23 Grand Slam titles in her career – will be wearing… NikeCourt Flare 2 PE shoes customized with solid gold deubres with 400 hand-set diamonds.
The stones are set with black ceramic created in collaboration with the tennis icon’s jewelry line, according to Nike Press release.
Nike said Serena provided the vision and details for her custom outfit and shoes…and both designs will help the tennis star look good and feel comfortable while competing.
Williams is no stranger to fashion – in February she tribute paid to his late friend Virgil Ablohwho died suddenlyby participating in the Off-White fashion show at Paris Fashion Week.
The US Open might mark the end of Serena’s tennis career, but if it does, she’ll come out with a flare – just like she always has.
