Natalie Portman returned to the United States after a long trip to France, which included events during Paris Fashion Week.

The Oscar-winning actress landed at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport on Friday and was spotted going through the turnstiles with at least one girlfriend.

Portman had been working hard to shoot the upcoming Apple TV+ miniseries Lady In The Lake, which debuted in April, but over the summer production was temporarily halted after receiving threats of violence.

Back in the US, Natalie Portman, 41, was the picture of laid-back comfort when she arrived in New York on Friday after taking a trip to Paris France

For the flight across the Atlantic, Portman, 41, kept things casual and comfortable in the fashion department in dark blue jeans and a black sweatshirt over a white t-shirt.

She covered herself in a light brown jacket which seemed to be perfect for the rainy weather

To complete her overall look, the Black Swan star wore pointy black leather boots and her long brown tresses pulled back into a bun with a center parting.

Opting for caution, the mother-of-two wore a protective mask over her mouth and nose, which at this stage of the COVID-19 pandemic is optional.

Sh appeared to be traveling with at least one female friend, who also decided to wear a face mask.

Portman had been seen doing the rounds for Paris Fashion Week, which included the Dior Womenswear Spring/Summer 2023 show a few weeks ago.

At this point, it’s unclear if Portman has now returned to the set of Lady In The Lake, which filmed in Baltimore, Maryland.

Production was halted in late August, due to this threat, which has since been attributed to local drug dealers who said they would shoot the set unless paid $50,000.

“Production executives have decided to err on the side of caution and reschedule filming after finding an alternate location,” the Baltimore Police Department told the Los Angeles Times.

The miniseries, for which Portman plays a reporter investigating a murder while also serving as an executive producer, is expected to continue filming through the fall, according to Variety.

During her recent travels, Portman has also traveled to Canada for the Toronto International Film Festival, where she supported her husband Benjamin Millepied’s film Carmen.

The musical drama, which is Millepied’s directorial debut, had its world premiere at the popular festival.

The pair met on the set of Black Swan in the fall of 2009. Portman, who starred opposite Mila Kunis, won the Best Actress Oscar, while ballet-trained Millepied was hired to choreograph the film.
