Linda has also had her fair share of ups and downs in her personal life.

Six years ago, Linda was told she had a 9.5cm tumor on the wall of her uterus after undergoing an MRI.

However, the growth was not life-threatening, with doctors telling the former daughter that the tumor was caused by hormonal changes.

Linda decided to have a full hysterectomy because the doctors told her the tumor could grow.

It comes after Linda revealed how she was coping with the impact of having had coronavirus and said her hair had started to fall out.

The star also revealed that her husband Sam, 51, who was hospitalized with the virus at the same time as her, was suffering from heart palpitations.

The former daughter made a miraculous recovery despite being “on the verge of death”, but she still hasn’t fully returned to normal.

She said The sun in August 2020: “Sam had quite severe heart palpitations, and he is currently being followed by a cardiologist. They don’t see anything specifically wrong.

“I had some hair loss which was a bit distressing. I still don’t have the energy I had before even though I get there. Every week is a little better.

Linda was hospitalized for 10 days and needed oxygen and was attached to a drip during her terrifying ordeal.

The Dancing on Ice star suffered from severe chest pains, fever and vomiting and sometimes hoped not to wake up.

Linda’s children Lucy, 24, and Jack, 21, also battled the family’s double scare.

She said: “The mental trauma affected us all even though it was me who was sick. My children had to deal with the fact that they could lose both of us and then me, and the mental effect that had on us was really very traumatic.

The family have chosen not to take advice with the NHS and are trying to support each other at this time.

Gazza will be available on Blu-ray, DVD and digital download starting May 9.
