Wearing wellies has become standard practice for Glastonbury attendees, but at this year’s festival Alexa Chung put aside her Hunters for some high-heeled lace-up boots. She was seen wandering the festival site in a bright blue Issey Miyake Pleats Please mini dress with laces, an initial necklace, Celine sunglasses and a vintage Barbour jacket up her shoulders.
Later over the weekend, Alexa soaked up the glorious sunshine in a self-branded flapper belted leather zip-up dress, the same boots and a floral hat.
Alexa was one of many Glasto veterans who joined the Worthy Farm revelers. Sienna Miller strolled through the fields in a brown Mango dress and Dear Frances boots, former headliner Stormzy was in attendance wearing a Prada bucket hat, and Kate Moss was spotted watching Primal Scream on stage John Peel.
There were plenty of talking moments during the five-day festival, which made a much-anticipated return after a two-year hiatus. From Billie Eilish, who became the youngest solo artist to perform on the Pyramid stage, to Paul McCartney’s driving performance with special guests, and Kendrick Lamar’s jaw-dropping closing set – for which he wore a crown of thorn Tiffany & Co., Glastonbury 2022 was unforgettable To say the least.
