Law roundup: These boots were made for going to jail

A company allegedly let a woman use the bathroom and she took that as a cue to put on a show in the parking lot where the woman, who was dressed in a black and white puffy jacket, black leggings and boots, allegedly danced and shouted at the passing traffic that drove around his impromptu performance. When she refused to leave, a motel and gas station asked the Kalispell Police Department to help inform her that she could not be on either property by management .

A subsequent call came from someone who heard secondhand that a naked woman was found wrapped in a sheet under the stairs of an inn and refused to leave. Officers located the woman, who was wearing a black and white coat and boots. She was reportedly arrested for trespassing.

A man claimed neighbors intentionally damaged his fence and trees by pushing snow onto his property with a skid steer loader.

“The madman who usually holds a white sign in Deport Park,” reportedly marched down Main Street yelling and yelling at people. Officers were unable to locate the familiar man in town.

Someone allegedly threatened to shoot a woman with a specific brand of weapon.

Someone’s neighbor across the street was yelling and yelling at someone. The person then heard another voice say “Ow” and saw an individual in a white van with tires on it, sitting next to a parked white van. Men were reportedly seen trying to open the doors of the van.

Someone’s nephew stole his credit card.

A woman in dark clothing was seen walking down the shoulder of a road carrying huge plastic bags which appeared very heavy to someone who asked officers to check on her wellbeing. She told officers she was fine.

An employee asked officers to follow a man talking and shouting to himself in a parking lot in addition to letting him know that he was prohibited from being on the property “for life”.

It could have been the wind making suspicious noises which one man said sounded like someone trying to break in when officers checked things out.

Residents of the flats were told the identity of the flat when a man and woman were heard yelling at each other outside and she said: ‘This is my flat’.

Two men were fighting.

A silver pick-up truck that was seen swerving ‘all over the place’, veered into the bypass and reportedly slammed into the ditch off Exit #5. The driver’s next stops were to the hospital to be picked up blood and jail.

Many vehicles have been tagged or cited for parking violations.
