Kate Middleton was seen in Cumbria on Tuesday, September 21. The Duchess of Cambridge was pictured talking to some of the Windermere children, embarking on a boat trip on Lake Windermere itself, as well as walking the beautiful hills of the Lake District National Park. The royal had chosen appropriate attire for the excursions, but still managed to look classy and sophisticated.
Kate wore an elegant belted long jacket, made from 100% luxury Scottish wool.
It was a classic khaki check, with a soft clementine accent, and had two large, trendy pockets, buttons, and a chunky belt around the waist.
The jacket can be purchased from Really Wild and is priced at £ 395.
Underneath, the Duchess had opted for a crew-neck sweater in light beige fine knit.
To complete the look, a pair of black jeans tucked into dark brown lace-up boots.

The boots were See By Chloe and reportedly retail for £ 250.
For some of the activities she participated in, Kate donned a khaki-colored Seeland puffer jacket.
For most of the day, Kate wore her hair in a loose curl and kept her jewelry simple with a pair of small gold hoops.
Fans were quick to comment on the Duchess’s style on social media platforms.
Hundreds of cadets from across the UK will use the center on their visits to the spectacular Lake District “to boost their confidence and leadership skills” as they work towards their Duke of Edinburgh awards, the Kensington Palace office told People.
The Duchess kicked off the day by mountain biking and walking with some of the air cadets.
Following this, Kate heard how the Lake District healed one of Europe’s darkest chapters: the aftermath of the Holocaust.
She went on a boat trip with two of the children from Windermere.
The Children of Windermere are a group of 300 child Holocaust survivors who were brought in to stay in the Lake District in 1945 to help them recover from the atrocities they suffered in concentration camps and ghettos in the Europe occupied by the Nazis.
It comes after the mother of three, 39, once told locals that her children love the area and “walk in the hills”.
During a visit to the region in June 2019 with Prince William, Kate also recalled how, when she was growing up, she liked to go “jumping off rocks” in the countless streams that crisscross the sides of the mountains.
